ISIRIS TENETS

  1. We acknowledge and revere One Supreme Godhead.
  2. We acknowledge and honour the myriads of other Gods and Helpers, ranging from Supreme Cosmic Rulers (eg Ra) to Planetary Gods (eg Jehovah) to the millions of Elves and Faeries in charge of Nature.
  3. We acknowledge the concepts of Good and Evil, and state that this Earth is the centre-ground where both concepts meet in conflict.  We can attune towards the Good through all that lifts our Imagination and Hopes to a Higher Realm…beautiful scenery, sublime architecture, a vibrant gemstone, great oratory, inspirational music, breathtaking works of art, a perfect face or body, or anything else Pure and Beautiful which uplifts us above the commonplace.
  4. We understand that all humans have been blessed with Free Will…..this incurs the responsibilities attached thereto and the duty to always act righteously.
  5. We do not accept the notion of equality between Men.  We maintain that different Racial Groups have different attributes and abilities, as do different sexes, and as do different individuals.  Neither are any two men born equal, as each bring their own attributes and qualities from their previous life experiences and state of evolution into each new life cycle.
  6. We recognise and respect the intrinsic goodness within each world religion.  And although we state that there is only One True Path, we equally accept that the start of that path may begin through any religion, faith or spiritual denomination.  Therefore we do not praise nor criticise nor comment upon the tenets of any religious doctrine.
  7. We are NOT evangelists NOR teachers.  Our aim is simply to help to disseminate the glorious Truth and Ancient Wisdom.
  8. We acknowledge that Faith alone is insufficient to achieve Grace and Salvation and Eternal Life.  Good works and hard study are absolute requirements for any man to make progress.
  9. We recognise that wealth and possessions in themselves are not a problem and should indeed be welcomed.  The only problem arises when there is an obsessive attachment to such transitory pleasures.
  10. We know that suffering and sorrow can bring about accelerated progress for any man.  Therefore, we hope that your Rose may also bloom upon the Cross.
